Upon pickup, the truck immediately displayed a low tire pressure warning. I personally paid twice to add air, only to later discover the front tire had a nail and needed replacement. Shortly after leaving the location, the cargo door opened while driving because a key metal retaining component was missing. The door could not properly latch, and roadside assistance provided only a rope as a temporary solution. Roadside assistance was delayed due to an incorrect address being provided by the phone operator, and I had to call multiple times to resolve both the door and tire issues. Additionally, on two separate rentals, the cargo area was very dirty and had to be cleaned before loading my equipment. Vehicles should be inspected for safety and cleanliness before being rented. Customers should not receive trucks with mechanical issues, unsafe doors, or dirty cargo areas. I hope this location improves pre-rental inspections and equipment maintenance.

Louis PEquipment was dirty, so was the inside of the truck, had put $30 worth of gas after in the truck after only using 34 miles and the tank wasn't filled. This uhaul location is a scam. Didn't even have the equipment i ordered online. WORSE experience. Save your money and go to any other location for Uhaul
