I"m not a fan of this virtual crap, but it's here to stay. I had to call U-Haul reservations to get things rolling, and I know it was proabably my fault, but you don't have these problems with a competent employeed behind a counter.

The trucks ac did not work at all. Even when I was not accelerating. I had to drive from Oakland TN to Nashville with the window rolled down in 90 degrees.
ROBERT RDay late getting my truck because no one was there to check it in from previous renter. When I got my truck the next day, I asked the so called manager what the problem was, her response was, don’t know I was off and walked out. Everyone else was supper nice.
WILLIAM SEverything went smoothly!! One thing I can tell you about your 15 ft trucks - they are not gas hogs. I was very happy with the cost effectiveness of your vehicle. Also your rates are very, very reasonable!!!
ANGELA MCalled ahead to ensure they would be open with drop off. When arrived no attended on site. When called again on phone I was told no person on site. I needed to use the app to check in. …I was hung up on. Low signal could not use app. :( would not recommend returning here if possible. H-haul 800 # finally helped with check in. Thank you U-Haul!!! =]
