Called ahead to ensure they would be open with drop off. When arrived no attended on site. When called again on phone I was told no person on site. I needed to use the app to check in. …I was hung up on. Low signal could not use app. :( would not recommend returning here if possible. H-haul 800 # finally helped with check in. Thank you U-Haul!!! =]
KEVIN WYou really should warn someone when they book an in person rental when there won’t be a physical person on site and you need to download an app. Not everyone has storage capacity on their phone to download one more app. The virtual person was able to help but it would have been nice to have been told this when I reserved the truck or I might have chosen another location for pick up.
