BRENDA CI think customers need to know that they’ll never have a personal experience - that it’s all virtual. They also should be told it’s a difficult process unless they have the U-Haul app. Now that we know these things I think our next rental experience will be better
JIMMY PI"m not a fan of this virtual crap, but it's here to stay. I had to call U-Haul reservations to get things rolling, and I know it was proabably my fault, but you don't have these problems with a competent employeed behind a counter.
