I was told they would be somebody there when we drop off the truck. However, there wasn’t and we had some difficulties with the app, but after about a half an hour, we were able to complete the returned through the app. Answered no to the three questions for the return. I answered no to everything since there was nobody there.

Mark WPicked up truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas had to fill just to get home, (have picture of dash/gas gauge/milage) Returned with 1/4 tank of gas and and you charged me $25 for gas and $30 service fee to fill... Not happy, want refund...
