Your website and app are very confusing to work with. Info that had to be done, such as pictures of the van before we left, took too long and would not upload. Pricing is very faulty. Nothing is said about money per mile until at the facility ready to rent.

MATTHEW SIssue with dropping off my truck. They didn’t have my drop off scheduled in the system. I had my truck there before the drop off time of 8:58 am. They said not worry about it and they would take care of it. My truck finally got checked in at 5pm. I was charged an extra day even though I already dropped my truck off
