How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey are great! Best uhaul dealers in Oceanside
Jessica TWhile service was great and friendly, the truck was clean, however, the parking brake on the truck was not operational. I should've tested the parking brake before accepting the rental, however, that is one of those extremely important items that I assume will always work since I've never had a problem like that with a UHAUL rental and to be honest, it's really a basic / bare minimum item that shouldn't have to be checked by the customer. Return process after hours was a little wonky - I put in the correct "combo" for the padlock on the key lockbox, but I couldn't get it open. Probably operator error on my part, but the 24/7 customer service line helped me out and was able to resolve rather quickly. I would recommend this location to a friend - with the caveat that they should be mindful to check everything before driving off the lot.
Andrew SEasy transaction and great location
Darko RMy return wasn’t the best. I dropped it off. They sent a tech to help. He said he would update the return and I’d get an email. This was at about 9:30am. I had to call at 5pm to get it finally checked in.
