Thru no fault of theirs, my rental was not on hand. Having to take a 24’ truck instead of the 10’ I reserved messed up a number of my plans & ended up costing me 2X for gas then expected.

We have a video of the inside of the cabin, gum on the seats, liquid dripping on the dash, the cupholders were disgusting, we couldn't even drive with the windows down it stunk so bad of cigarettes. We honestly want a refund .
