Both locations, the truck pick up and the car dolly pickup. Where very friendly and helpful. They had our rentals, ready to go and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with both locations. Drop off was easy, thanks to help from the mission California location helping me. The Burnsville location for drop off was smooth and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend all three to anyone looking for rentals. The ACE location I picked up the truck, especially for their help getting me going.
