Absolutely terrible experience. This location refused to give me the keys even after showing them the message from UHAUL regarding check in complete show this message and code to get your keys. They said they have to call their boss for approval. I did mobile pick up because I waited for them to reach their boss and my time with the truck had already started. The called multiple people over almost 20mins before someone answered. There is no reason to have mobile pickup when you can’t have the keys immediately and there is no reason to have workers at the location if as an owner you still have to contacted to give approval. No reason for this location to be running.

Turn in was easy. There was plenty of room to park. No issues at all.
Eric MTrailer tail lights did not work and the trailer leaked. There wasn’t anyone in sight to help lift the trailer on and a lady that worked the register had to come help me lift it off. There should at least be a jack on sight if there isn’t going to be a man to assist. Also, the Uhaul app wouldn’t work. My license pick wouldn’t upload. The whole experience was one problem after another.
