I reserved a time for pickup to coincide with the help I hired, the vehicle was not ready until later that morning which made it impossible to get my move done on time, it took me more days than I had planned because I had a hard time finding help again, this is the second time U-Haul has completely messed up my reservation and I will never use it again.

Kyle THave someone there to hook the trailer up. There was no one there to hook up. I had to get a stranger to help me. They didn’t tell me to have a 2 inch ball I had to go go buy one $50.00
robert cInstead of walking 20ft outside and physically looking for the trailer after I returned it, the store manager instead reported the trailer missing to U-Haul. This needs to be handled in the form of compensation.
