All employees should know how to do transactions. Management was home with tablet trying to handle the business. My pickup time was 830am took over 30 minutes or longer to get things done.
Jovita JThere needs to be a way to self checkout a trailer or make it easier on the local stores. This gas station sat on hold with u haul over 30 minutes waiting on someone to answer the phone so we could get checked out. This is very poor on u hauls side.
Ande TThis was an awful experience. I had no help in removing the trailer from my hitch. For a 6x12 trailer, you could at least provide a jack. I ended up hurting my foot when the trailer fell on me after no staff was there willing to assist in lifting it off the tow ball.
