The checkout process was ridiculously difficult and long. Online it said this location was open until 9pm, they close at 5pm. Called the after hours number for emergencies and got a recording saying to call back in the morning. We picked up at 7:15pm. The cost per milage for a local move is just price gouging in my opinion.
