JULIE PThe truck I rented was dirty inside the van box. The check engine light was on the whole time I used it, and when I tried to refill the gas tank gasoline poured out of the bottom of the vehicle preventing me from returning with the same amount of gas as when I rented it.
HOWARD CThe process was very slow. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and then we drove 10 minutes to the lot. One of the trailer tires on the auto transport was in very poor condition and ended up needing replaced after about 800 miles
John HLet people know that he has nothing that the uhaul website says should be there. He has no hitches, no wiring for the lights, and you have to drive almost out of town to pick up a trailer or truck. He gave me a phone # to call and when I tried 3 times in a row there was no answer. By the time I drove all the way back out there and asked him about it he chuckled and said "I'm just now forwarding my calls."
