I was told and on my receipt I will be charged $59.00 now I'm looking at my transactions from my bank I'm being charged 119.00 and I returned the trailer back to the same place I picked it up at?? Why?
RICKY BOnly thing is the attendant didn’t tell me to take photos of the license plate and any damage. I did see the text and did it but after I picked up the truck to load it.

SCOTT HHave hand trucks available. I've rented lots of uhaul trucks and it seems that there is a shortage of hand trucks (utility dollys). I've rented from Oregon and Washington and had to run around to get the hand trucks. I think it's pretty rare that someone would rent a 15 foot or bigger tru k and not need a hand truck.
