The problem that I had was that I booked a different location online and my pick up location was changed by U-haul to one that I did not want to use. The Okanogan location stores it's equipment at a different location from the office. This requires me to go to one location to rent the equipment and a different location to pick up the equipment. A person from the first location has to drive to the second location to ensure that the equipment is properly installed. Not something I want to do, I would rather go to a single location.
