Rented a uhaul in Okanogan WA, Nathan was great and very helpful, but the pick up location was not in the app, the rental location was different than the actual pick up location, which coming from out of town was very frustrating. I opted for online pickup and The app was saying I wasnt in the right location, which it didn't offer a different place other than where I was at. But I contacted Nathan and came in on his day off Memorial day, to come.and take care of it, which we really appreciated, thanks man
