Have hand trucks available. I've rented lots of uhaul trucks and it seems that there is a shortage of hand trucks (utility dollys). I've rented from Oregon and Washington and had to run around to get the hand trucks. I think it's pretty rare that someone would rent a 15 foot or bigger tru k and not need a hand truck.

JULIE PThe truck I rented was dirty inside the van box. The check engine light was on the whole time I used it, and when I tried to refill the gas tank gasoline poured out of the bottom of the vehicle preventing me from returning with the same amount of gas as when I rented it.
