BRANDON TCustomer service was great! I had to extend my rental by a day, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Pick-up and drop-off instructions were easy and straightforward. The only thing I’d recommend is being more transparent about the final cost. When I originally booked my 2-day trailer rental, I was told the total would be $63. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged an additional $26 for taxes and insurance. For some people, that extra cost can be significant, and it would be much appreciated if the full price was made clear up front—before placing a hold on the card or finalizing the booking. Thanks again for the help and great service overall.
