I was charged for 3.5 gallons of fuel even though I know I refilled the truck to the appropriate level. I used the gas station less than a mile from U-haul location. I contacted U-Haul today and did not get a hold of the necessary people. I have used U-haul multiple times over my life and have always re-fueled. You can check that yourself. I did this time too; I donâ€™t like being charged extra for the fuel.

I would prefer to be â€œwalked to the truckâ€ and told how to use it instead of relying on friends to show me how to open and close the back or where to find things. The guy that helped us was very cordial but I just felt like I needed more of a walk through on how to use it.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. Ordered online for a simple quick pickup and ended up in this small uhaul office for almost an hour. We reserved a furniture dolly that ended up not being in the truck, called back, and the manager would not give us one because they were closing, so we had to rent one from home depot. The truck computer said it had 3/4 tank of gas, but when we got in the truck it was empty. Charged us an additional $25.00 because of a small amount of dirt on the truck. The truck had been smoked in and cigarettes in the ashtray, it stank so bad...never again uhaul, I will gladly pay more money for one of your competitors to not ever deal with your company again!
Schedule your drop off online and make sure you take a picture of the truck when you drop it off. I returned my U-Haul the same day I rented it. I called U-Haul and they texted me a drop off location. Then my card was charged an additional $60 because the location they sent me to was close. I called the owner of the location and she was rude from the beginning. Now I've been attempting to call U-Haul customer service and I've been on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible experience and I am completely unsatisfied. I would tell the next customer to take a picture of their truck when they drop it off.
The man that helped me was very nice but didnâ€™t go over the trailer with me. The tie downs didnâ€™t fit over my tires so I had to buy tie downs. None of that was went over with me so whenever I was ready to pull out I couldnâ€™t.
Cigarette ash and dirt in the cab. Cab smelled like weed. I ordered blankets with my rental, but nothing was in the back of the truck and nobody was in the store. I was charged 10 dollars for blankets that i never got. When i called for a refund the woman i spoke to said there was nothing she could do... so you basically stole 10 dollars from me. Thanks.
Lynn & Chris were outstanding going well above & beyond the normal scope of service accommodating extensions when the scope of my project changed. Lynn even met me five hours after closing time on Saturday to allow return of the vehicle. I will definitely recommended this location to anyone needing rental trucks in Oklahoma City!
Office did not know how many gallons the truck held, which meant I couldnâ€™t accurately gauge how much gas I needed and ended up wasting 40$. They also did not inform us that there was a mileage limit, and getting to the house and then slightly lost at the storage facility almost made us pay even more for something we werenâ€™t aware was even happening. Definitely need to know what the truck and rental entails for future customers, was disappointed in the lack or withholding of knowledge.

Office was very small and close, there was only one seat, so when another customer came in, we were all bunched together and operator/manager was an older man that was slow, so we were bunched together longer than we would have liked. Storage unit door was small for the size unit we purchased online. Each unit, regardless of size had the same small doorframe

Everything was fine with this location. The problem was with the final price of the rental. I rented the truck for 4 hours locally and was told I put 50 miles on it. I was charged $.89 per mile that wasnâ€™t made clear in the beginning. If I would have known it was that expensive I wouldnâ€™t have rented the 10ft truck. I feel the price was falsified just to make a buck. I WAS a faithful customer. I will be taking MY business elsewhere. So I canâ€™t refer my people to this price gouging company.
UPDATE THE WEBSITE. Nothing loaded and the whole user experience on the website was horrible. It was slow and froze 5 times. Also, maybe recommend figuring out everything before going to a U-Haul stop.
Price was higher than when truck was reserved. I told the man that was doing the paper work and he could care less. I feel U-Haul done me wrong by the higher price than what I was quoted when I reserved it the eve before.

Len was extremely nice and professional. He greeted me with politeness and kindness and was courteous throughout our entire interaction. He had a willingness to assist attitude and a helpful demeanor. He was focused on delivering a superior customer service experience!

Errors on contract. Requested a one way rental and drop off location stated it was written up as a return vehicle.
Helpful staff however location a bit hidden as not on main road. Convenient location though as my move was close.
This was a small location so the truck selection was minimal, but it the company doubles as a storage unit center as well. The service was excellent and I really appreciated Lynnâ€™s thorough instructions and warm demeanor during a stressful time.
When your software or internet connection is down for hours, there should be a system in place to quickly get customers on the road without waiting for IT to fix or walk you thru a backdoor software fix. I am very patient, but this situation makes everyone uncomfortable, especially the Uhaul agent. Maybe a quick one sheet standard form that gets people on the road. The Uhaul agent was very apologetic and very nice, but he was just as uncomfortable about how long it was taking. Customers usual have other people waiting for them to help move stuff, so they are concerned about making them wait as well. Anyone who is moving has set a schedule for the day and any delay in the schedule could potentially change the mood for the day. After an hour, it was obvious the software system was not going to cooperate, so eventually we went to paper anyway. Why wait that long? After 15 minutes, just fill out the form and be on your way.
