Diana Neely needs to be replaced with someone who actually wants to do customer service I have been a long time customer of this particular location on Harrison Street in Shawnee Oklahoma and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY by ANY company I have ever dealt with. If you check the camera, you will see that I literally left crying This experience has changed my perception of U-HAUL deeply, especially since the reviews and complaints about this manager has been ignored for so long. MARTHA PThe truck itself was so badly maintained. It had almost no brakes, and the transmission slipped out of gear repeatedly while I was driving it. The truck would slip out of gear then need to be pulled over, put into neutral and then restarted. Terribly unsafe!
