Truck was parked in by another truck when I tried to pick it up. Had to call into dispatch center and get reservation changed to another truck that could be accessed since location was closed and I was using mobile pick up. Long wait times on call. When I tried to return truck a few hours later, I had to call back in to return the correct vehicle. I had to wait again and it delayed my moving day with these complications.
Kimberly LPersonnel need to be better trained on how to deal with customers. But atleast, the person did call someone who could.
Dennis WI reserved 2 men to assist with my move , was charged $225 and they showed up 2 hours late- asked me to cancel the 1st ervation and reorder which meant I had to pay again ! Then right after they got my second payment they left and refused to do the job because we had already got half of the truck loaded. I was left with no help and it made for a horrible experience. I understand it’s not U-Haul’s fault, but nobody has reached out to me, knowing the problems that I had. I would not recommend.
