Location did not have all equipment I rented. Lady that helped was nice but took almost 20 minutes to get me on the road.

The check out was from a little dingy shack attack next to a bar/grill. It look it was on fire not too long ago. The customer service rep was not really helpful. She keep mentioning she has to go home and after I check out the truck, I drove back and on my way back on the frreeway, the side mirror move from its place. I couldn’t see to right side, I was in a panic mode. I have to turn right, and that was those stressful time when I couldn’t see high speed car coming. It took me a long time to finally merge to the highway praying nobody hit me as I’m blindly go to the right lane. It was a faulty equipment, and I definitely will have to talk to some one about this horrible experience.

Joshua WTook 40 minutes to get everything set at the office. I filled out all the information before hand online, how come I had to fill out all of the same info once I got there? I was told there was 5/8 of a tank of gas but there was less than half of a tank. This location seemed very unorganized. Staff complained about having to work which made me feel bad since it was probably due to me picking up a U-Haul that they had to work. They shouldn't be complaining to customers. Also, the hours posted on the door to their office said Sunday: 11am - 4pm but, when returning the truck within that time frame, no one was there to help me.
