STEPHANIE DThe mileage I was charge was not accurate, when I got in the vehicle I rented for the 24 hours. The mileage that was on the truck was about 40 miles off from what the mileage was on the contract I signed, the truck I drove must have had bad gas or something it was not running properly, not to mention the place I rented it from told me there was equipment in the back of the truck I can use to move stuff and there was not anything back there. I am not happy about all of these things that happened to me while I rented a U-Haul, this was my first time renting from you guys and it was a experience that I don’t want to deal with again.
