The equipment was clean but one front tire was very flat and we needed to stop and add air to it so that it wouldn't be a safety issue.

My reservation was for noon when we called to check on the equipment. They said if we could pick it up early, that would be great so we picked it up at 11 AM and the representative behind the counter failed to let us know our return time was changed to 11am. So when we drop the equipment off at 11:30 AM thinking we were OK because our due back time was noon and then to see we were charged for two days on the receipt the following day was absolutely absurd. We won't be using U-Haul anymore..
DONNIE HPerson took key but never went over any final paperwork with me. I got home and got a text saying rental was due - had to call U-Haul to note I Had returned ! Feel like person taking key should have had me sign something ! Time of return ?
ELLEN SI was charged an extra day for my truck rental but returned it same day. Will call today for reimbursement.
