For some reason u-haul decided to charge me twice once for 65 dollars and the other for 127 dollars. Whatever mileage that was over shouldnt be double charged just because i dont know the exact mileage of my route. The 65 dollars was an upfront payment that should’ve put back into my account after u-haul charged me 127 dollars for the entire trip. u-haul is a scam and i will not let this slide.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience at this location was excellent. The checkout process was easy for both pickup and drop-off. There is also a drop box and locked key box for mobile pickup and drop-off if after hours.
Chad HI waited 10 minutes for the worker to get off her break. Then it took another 25 minutes to get the check out process completed. She sent us to the wrong truck in the parking lot , we had to walk around the parking lot looking for truck number that matched the key provided.
Katrina ONo UHaul staff at this location. the furniture blamkets I ordered were not there which required me to have to get a refund.
