The online process to reserve a truck and moving company help is awful, confusing and gives you no way to talk with company providing labor for the move. Tried calling, left message and no return call. Texted and received message that they were unable to respond because they were on a job. Texted asking for a call and to confirm date, time and moving requirement. Finaly received confirmation from movers on October 29th. About two weeks after booking and being charged for the service. Most customers become a bit leery or worried when you get charged and then have no way to communicate with who is hired. NOT VERY GOOD.

A few below average things with a couple bright spots. The person we worked with at this location was friendly and very agreeable. Unfortunately, he booked the return location in a town 30 miles away from where we were supposed to drop off - even after I specified a drop off location Kearney, NE (location of the move). I had to call U-Haul customer service to straighten things out.
TOBY AI rented the larger size truck because it had a ramp and I could use a dolly to move all of my boxes. I called to confirm with you customer service that a utility dolly was included in my rental. they assured me it was. it was confirmed on your app. I visited the location the day before to confirm everything was available and my reservation was good to go - received confirmation from your renter. I arrived that morning to pickup the rental and was then told a dolly was NA! The whole reason I paid more money for the larger truck with the ramp was so I could use the dolly. No dolly meant I had to do considerable more work with an even larger vehicle. I guess confirming with customer servicer, and then later with renter doesn't mean jack shit. Why? cuz fuck what the customer has to go through, that's why. You still get your money.
