Only issue I had was taking the pictures of the truck before I got the keys. I did not know on the app, that after you take each picture and hit "back" they pictures were there. Very frustrating

Would have preferred to pick up the trailer from a uhaul site as the representative at thus site could not answer a couple of questions that we had regarding hookup and loading.
