The person at the counter had to call someone for me to pick up the uhaul. The Uhaul had trash on the inside and the check engine light was on. They did upgrade me to another one, but never sent an updated contract. That vehicle was also dirty inside the cab. Also didn’t tell me I had a certain mileage I couldn’t go over. I went over the mileage and had to pay $51 when I returned it.
