WILLIAM SStaff was overall very nice. Did not have the appliance dolly I ordered. Truck was not washed and interior smelled atrocious. My truck location pickup changed various times and I was not happy with the overall experience. Once again, staff was pleasant and not the issue. U-Haul as a whole was lacking on this one.
Josh BVery friendly staff, had no issues with them, U-Haul moved my order a 25 minute drive from where my requested pickup was, made it extremely inconvenient for pick up and drop off. Also, U-Haul had a terrible odor on the inside of the cab and no options to switch trucks so you get what you get, so overall terrible experience other than the extremely nice worker that I dealt with, will seek other options in the future.
