I rented from you last year and got I don’t know him any calls and emails that I do not return the truck. I thought timer had finally resolved that and then last week when I picked up the truck they told me they had an e alert and could not rent to me. So I had to call again and speak with someone to make it right. Never again

EDWIN BAgain, the original place was full and we had to drive a ways to return the U-Haul, AGAIN. Parking lot was very tight to maneuver the vehicle. Vicki is great and called to let us know we left a hat. Just wasn’t expecting to spend more time returning the U-Haul when we had other things to accomplish. Also returned it a day early. Still not credit for the 50 miles.
