This location was great! Easy to deal with and friendly! We had no problems with them! The only problem we had was with the U-Haul trailer itself. We had a nail in the tire and of course it doesn’t come with a spare, so we had to call roadside assistance. They said it would be 30-40 minutes minimum before they could get to us. They said it was okay if we plugged it. We told them to get someone headed our way and we would try to plug it and let them know if we got it. They told us that if someone was dispatched and we got it fixed before they got there that we would have to pay a fee. This could all have been avoided if they would provide spare tires. Also this trailer doesn’t come with a jack. So you have to bring a floor jack with you and either block the trailer up or use a jack stand. It’s really unsafe and I’m not sure why U-Haul is taking that big of a safety risk for someone to get hurt because of the design of their equipment.

Keelan RVehicle parked in a great location. Easily able to walk around vehicle take pictures for check in &check out process. Key lockbox in a visible easy access. Pleasantly surprised by how convenient and easy it was to pick up and return the vehicle.
