I was not informed about the charges for insurance when I made the reservation
CARRIE MThe service I received at the location was friendly and quick and if I had any questions they were explained fully and completely. Although the van was a little dirty inside out as if somebody had trans ported gardening supplies and had what his shoes when in the driver's compartment.
