We did the online check out for this car. We could not open the lock box. The lock was stuck. The kid was out to lunch so we had to wait 30 minutes before he could come and help us. The truck ran very rough and I have rented from U-Haul before, however I would never rent from this place.

FADI AThe employee at the pickup location was on a Zoom conference for the storage facility and he told me that he could not check me in; he directed me to the app. Once I filled in the info, it took him 10 minutes to get me the key and open the gate. I will not rent from this location again.
