The employee at the pickup location was on a Zoom conference for the storage facility and he told me that he could not check me in; he directed me to the app. Once I filled in the info, it took him 10 minutes to get me the key and open the gate. I will not rent from this location again.

KAREN EThis rental truck should be put out to pasture! Ran fine, but tires were bald and on this particular rainy day, it was sliding around due to poor tires! Very scary! Air/heat fan didn’t work, so we had to run with the windows down due to fogging. Cab was filthy dirty, gross!
