Andrew gave great customer service! We had a reservation, so the whole transaction went very smoothly. It was a matter of signing, and then we had the truck and dollies. This was the second time we used a U-Haul truck from this location, and both times Andrew helped us tremendously. I highly recommend this N. Wayfield location for a U-Haul rental!

DILLON AI could have used a Dollie. I forgot to ask and I didn’t see any in the lobby to remind me and they didn't ask.
Lori San appropriate amount of gas was filled and I believe the original paperwork was wrong. When I received the truck it had less gas than it said in the paperwork. I didn’t notice until after I left and already had filled up gas and returned it to where it was only to be charged a massive fee. I had the truck for two or so hours this is ridiculous.
