Highly professional counter person. At opening, there were three customers to service with phone calls to answer. This fellow was gracious and courteous to each and every customer. He gave his attention to each in turn, while also assuring all he would be with them shortly.
WILBUR HDropped off after hours Called Mark to express my concerns over others driving vehicle until serviced—he actually blamed me for driving it. However, I did call after driving four miles, and was told there were no other similar trucks to rent and I’d have to try a different location. Mark is an absolute rude and disrespectful bully. He told me I could call the corporate office and express my concerns about the safety of the truck but they would do nothing about it bc I drove the vehicle when I shouldn’t have
