I rented a U-Haul truck from this mini-storage location and had a bad experience. The truck already had a specific number of miles when I picked it up. I drove about 50 miles total and returned it the same day. When I received the final bill, they charged me for 80 extra miles beyond what I actually drove. No one could explain why, and they refused to correct it. The staff gave no reason or help. Poor transparency, inaccurate mileage charge, and no accountability
