Zander K.We have been renting tons of vans from U-haul and this is the very first time I leave a negative review, The lady at the desk was extremely rude, I asked to get the rental agreement from my extension and she did not know how to do it, when I tried to explain her how to do it she was dismissive and hanged up on me after being rude, the equipment was not in good shape and was not clean nor completely full of gasoline, we rented the vehicle on the afternoon of the 29th and was returned on the 1st in the morning, they charged us a whole seven days for only 3 days, we returned the van with more gasoline than given to us and used for three days and she charged us 7 days. we will never come back to this location and we are reconsidering our business rentals with Uhaul due to this very bad experience, we rented over 26 vans on 2022 and spent over $16000 with your company in 2022 counting this account and couple other commercial rentals from us as well from Uhaul not with this account
