I made a one day rental to make two round trips from 32818 area code to 32807 area code (a 4.9 distance each way) but was told by uhaul that I used 72 miles and was billed for mileage for $72. I was also told that I had a 30 mins grace for returning the truck and got the truck back 17 mins late (well within the grace period) but was still charged for 2 days rental of the truck, 2 days insurance and 2 days rental of the moving blankets. When I booked the truck yesterday, my total rental was estimated at $80 - today my card was billed for $185!!! I will advise everyone I know, not to use this uhual.

It was paint on flooring of the loading area and my mattress now has dried paint on it. First time using the location but will not use it again
