Answer the phone. I got my rental and it was smooth sailing after I called multiple times before I went up there to see if they had what I needed. After no answers I took the chance of going and they had what I needed after a lot of previous calls elsewhere. So they technically saved the day. Seems shady when you get there, but it's not. It's definitely rent with them again because the prices was less than at a big dealer.

st. cI have a reservation for 3:30pm. I arrive at 3:15pm to find the door locked after calling and knocking on the door for about 10 min a store employee open the door to say the owner will return at 4:00pm which made me late picking up my furniture I needed the uhaul for.
