I have a reservation for 3:30pm. I arrive at 3:15pm to find the door locked after calling and knocking on the door for about 10 min a store employee open the door to say the owner will return at 4:00pm which made me late picking up my furniture I needed the uhaul for.

Joseph PThe business wasn't open, the door was locked.had to stand outside in the rain fighting bugs waiting for someone to bring me the key after trying to download my DL on some type of app for about 20 min. All the while there was a person inside the building unwilling to help the process. Not to mention they held 2 deposits. One is still pending on my bank account! Not good service at all. Will not recommend this location.
