This is very attractive location and good concept to have store with every things in it . very friendly employees and staff . don't fool you from outside looks . service what is matter there is some rude customer in front of me . they complain about every things form the moments I walked in there nothing the clerk can do for her . she is just nasty. don't pay attention to those person they are just mad about every thing. I was happy to be there and they took care us . we will be back.

I tried their new feature of supposedly not having to go to the counter and checking out and just going to the vehicle. That was not the process they advertised. I had to do the regular paperwork and I was told to just drop the keys off the in the key slot since the 4 hours ended up after it closed. What I wasn't told was that I needed to check in online at the time that I returned the vehicle and to submit pictures there. I returned the vehicle on time but I was charged for a whole day instead of 4 hours for my rental. The personnel at the counter said they are not able to help me and to just contact uhaul to fix it. I have dropped after hours at a different location but there was never this whole process of checking in online that you've returned the vehicle.

This Location will make me never rent from U-Haul ago... The store is dirty and Stank, the lights is very dim and on top of that The wait time in line is extremely long. I was over charged for gas and mileage and when I went back to the location no one could answer my questions or show proof. My drivers license was never returned to me But I received a call stating my license was there. The worst experience in all my years of renting.

I believe this specific rental location, "Dollar Depot" at 6112 Forest City Road, may be committing fraud. The original U Haul location did not have the rental truck I needed, so U Haul told me to pick up the 10" truck at Dollar Depot. First, I was called by Dollar Depot the day of pickup, to be told the truck would be late. One hour past 4 PM, my scheduled pickup time. I said I unfortunately needed it at 4 pm, as I had a deadline to move in by. That was met with the response "I know, I know," over the phone, and rude customer service. He then said he would call back. The truck became available earlier than 4, and he called at 3 to let me know. I picked up the truck at 3:47. Despite the fact that the location feels extremely unsafe with a broken down parking lot, no real parking, vagrants walking nearby, and in a very run-down area of town, I had only problems thereafter. I rented the U Haul for 24 hours- confirmation number 20546110. Dollar depot called me at 12 pm the next day (less than 24 hours as the truck was due at 3:47 pm on 10/1 via my rental status) and left me a voicemail saying "the truck is late, I don't know what's going on." I called back and told him I had the truck per my reservation until 4 pm. He yelled at me over the phone that the next customer was waiting on the truck. I then rushed to finish my move, and brought the truck back an hour earlier than I was required to, around 2:38 pm. The same individual refused then to give me a receipt or discuss how much I owed, because of my "lateness," even though the truck was not late. He said his wifi and POS service was down, even though he was checking out another customer, in front of me. He told me I didn't need a receipt and asked me to leave, as he was with another customer. I said that was unacceptable given the discrepancy between when I and he thought the truck was due. He then turned his back to me and started talking to his other customer about how I "don't need a receipt." I still don't know how much I will be charged. Further, his attempt to give me the truck late on 9/30 and attempt to say I was then late on 10/1 before 24 hours had passed, seems like an intent to defraud U Haul for hours the truck is used. On top of ridiculously unpleasant customer service and location, this man can say I returned the truck any number of hours late, as he refused to give me a receipt indicating drop off time. I called 1-800-go uhaul on 10/1 immediately after, but to no answer. Please contact me at 386-264-3394.

I had many issues with my reservation even while booking a trailer. First problem I encountered was as I was booking a trailer online, the location, pick up time, and hours needed, when I pushed enter it stated this location no longer available. So I picked a different location, further out. Made the reservation for next day pick up and even checked in through my acct. 30 minutes later a representative from the call center contacted me and stated this location no longer had the trailer I reserved and if I wouldn't mind an another location which was a lot further out than my original location (which was located in a not so good part of town). So I agreed, remade another reservation w/the call center which they stated the location opened at 8am so that's the time I made the reservation for. 30 minutes later I get a call back from the location from where I just made the reservation and they notified me that they didn't open till 9am. I told them that the call center stated they opened at 8am that's why I reserved it for that time. He apologized and changed the time to 9am. So the next morning I'm at the location at 9am picking up my rental in a shading looking place and the gentleman behind the counter can not pull up any information nor enter anything on the computer because it seems there wifi was down and the guy didn't know what to do. So with my original 8am reservation I didn't leave the uhaul place till 9:30. I was an hour and a half late to my destination and not in the greatest of moods. One thing I will say is the helper at this location was very helpful. He spoke with me while the other was trying to get the wifi back and that gentleman even hooked up the trailer for me and explained where to drop it off. This was one of my worse experiences with Uhaul ever.

I rented a truck and it had no tags on it. Got stopped by the cops 3 times. Told the guy renting me the uhaul he did not care at all. This was the worst u haul rental ever.

The truck is a fairly new truck but it leaks. Several items and boxes were soaked in the locations underneath the lights in the truck. Thank God they were not electronics but the wet clothes will need to be dry cleaned. The store has not been made aware due to my schedule and they were not open when the truck was returned, however I will be contacting them tomorrow. It rained all day yesterday so items would definitely gotten a little damp during loading, but the fact that water leaked into the truck under the lights really is unexceptionable.

Nothing to do with the facility. When I made the reservation for a location close to the turnpike to save mileage, gas etc. My reservation was set. Then I received a call from the location that they did not have a truck. I feel there is a disconnect between the reservation office computers and the actual location. This was somewhat said to me on the phone. That reservation don't really know what each location office have.So your company costed me more because we had to drive further to pick up a truck and we were driving from Leesburg to pick up this truck. This should not happened when your business is renting trucks as well as storage. Nothing to do with the local location who was great.
