There was limited information and help especially for a first time user. It was only because I used the uhal service once before that I was knowledgeable about what to expect. No info on gas usage mileage how to use the app or anything about the vehicle. I understand it is not their business but they represent your company so having someone represent you poorly is not in your best interest.
