The people were nice and helpful, but the overall aesthetic appeal of the place was dingy at best. The place was not clean and appeared to be chaotic.

JACKSON FThe location was a dive. I personally do not think think that the location represents UHAUL very professionally. I was also disappointed and frustrated to learn on arrival that the Appliance Dolly that I had reserved was not at the location. I had reserved both the Trailer and the Appliance Dolly the week prior. I was told that I had to drive to another location to pick up a Dolly.
