Staff was rude and unprofessional. I booked a dolly and showed them my reservation and they refused to give me a dolly. They refused to assist me in checking out the truck. They ruined my entire move and I ended up having to spend $100 on a dolly at a retailer and none of this was my fault. I will never rent U-Haul again because this incident created chaos on a day that was supposed to be great. New house and my move turned into a nightmare because of this company

Nile WStop double taxing people. I was charge for a 100 miles and was tax on that. I went over 15 miles and was tax on that too. Instead of taxing once for the same transections.
