The business wasn't open, the door was locked.had to stand outside in the rain fighting bugs waiting for someone to bring me the key after trying to download my DL on some type of app for about 20 min. All the while there was a person inside the building unwilling to help the process. Not to mention they held 2 deposits. One is still pending on my bank account! Not good service at all. Will not recommend this location.
