App needs stability improvement. I had issues with the App during the self-pickup and self-return, both during the photo uploading. During the pick-up, app was failing to upload any pictures. I had to call service desk. During the return, the app crashed/frozen again during the photo uploading. I had prompted the app to initiate the photo capturing of the rear of the truck with the cargo door open. The app frozen. Upon restarting it, the rental contract was deemed as completed. I call service desk and pictures were missing. I had to emailed them over.
