The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond when their computer froze. Could have easily just said sorry, can’t help you, our system is down. Instead, he called and did it over the phone starting from scratch.

I made my reservations in May for a July 26 pickup... I checked 2 weeks before pickup and the person said the 26 footer would be ready... Some one called the day before pickup and said I could not get the 26 footer... I had to settle for a 20 footer and got to Orifino WA to pick it up... It to constant rearranging to get it all to fit int the 20 footer.... I will not give you a good rating because of this... I did everything right and you did not...
