The truck was filthy dirty. It appeared as though someone used it to carry yard waste. I was fighting the dirt and mud all day. I was hauling my household stuff and was truly disappointed. I think some sort of refund is appropriate in this case. I haven't done an online review yet, so you still have time to fix it.
