The location is ok. It's UHaul I don't recommend. Response to valid concerns/issues either ignored or delayed. Comms are poor, even internally. Their system is ridiculously compartmentalized, even though UHaul owns each location (according to the last CSR I spoke with). You get the impression this company is not interested in return business. I know they haven't earned any more of mine.

YENG LFix your trucks. They're not well maintained. A good company shouldn't risk the lives of their clientele or other people on the road.
