The lady I returned the U-Haul to was very rude . I didn’t know it was her lunch time and was let in the gate by someone who had a code cause they were trying to be nice. I didn’t know I couldn’t enter the gate and the lady in the office was very rude about it and had a disgusting attitude.

Debra LConfrontational, accusational, doesn’t handle stress well or gets frazzled when multitasking. Sounded threatening and condescending when telling me “ it’s a good thing. You didn’t show up here when I wasn’t here because you wouldn’t have been able to get out you don’t have a code…” I tried to grin and bear it. She thought I purposely brought truck back late. A file was completed to the fact that I was told to go ahead and keep til Friday when escrow closes. I believed I was early.
