while i understand that the system was down. i spent a lot of time listening to the lady complain about the system and such. it was ironic because i was 30 minutes late coming to get the rental and she called saying "come now or i will rent it". i then spent 30 minutes waiting for the software struggles. pause and listen, sometimes your customer might be asking a valid question. i struggled upon return because there was issues with the system. i felt like i was unable to ask any questions or get any assistance here.

Our drop-off experience at this location was very inconvenient. When we arrived to return the truck, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to open the gate and let us in. After completing the return, we then had to call again just to be let back out of the gate. The employee also did not seem familiar with the self-checkout process or aware that it was available. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.
