Wonderful pickup and wonderful drop off. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional on time and very helpful. The truck was great and the return was very easy. Thanks to this location I will for sure be back.

Kenneth C.For some reason I was charged a cleaning fee with no explanation or photos. Pretty scammy!
Christopher B.Your website needs work, and I did not appreciate your trying to force me to use a phone app to get things done. Not all of us are enamored of using phone apps for web sites. The information I inputted on the website did not transfer to your system when I came to pick it up. This ultimately created headaches and confusion on your part that could have been entirely avoided. Human interaction was fine, and I have known the agent for some time as I rented various storage spaces from Nofrey. But I found your computerized system to need work and was disappointing. As to the condition of the trailer, overall, it was excellent. This 6x12 handled well and there were no issues on my 550 mile trip. However, the latch bars that held the doors open were rusty, and while they were solid enough, really detracted from the feeling of good maintenance. On one side, the latch catch would not engage. These are minor in the scheme of things, but it does make one wonder what else might be neglected. Finally, a suggestion. The trailer reeked of marijuana. This is certainly not UHaul's fault, but a quick inspection, followed by airing out the trailer would have helped. Anybody that has worked with marijuana plants knows the smell gets into EVERYTHING. You might consider instituting a policy, similar to car rentals with their no-smoking policy, charging customers an additional fee who use your trailers for this purpose where the smell is very obvious.
