Confrontational, accusational, doesn’t handle stress well or gets frazzled when multitasking. Sounded threatening and condescending when telling me “ it’s a good thing. You didn’t show up here when I wasn’t here because you wouldn’t have been able to get out you don’t have a code…” I tried to grin and bear it. She thought I purposely brought truck back late. A file was completed to the fact that I was told to go ahead and keep til Friday when escrow closes. I believed I was early.

Curtis Fwhile i understand that the system was down. i spent a lot of time listening to the lady complain about the system and such. it was ironic because i was 30 minutes late coming to get the rental and she called saying "come now or i will rent it". i then spent 30 minutes waiting for the software struggles. pause and listen, sometimes your customer might be asking a valid question. i struggled upon return because there was issues with the system. i felt like i was unable to ask any questions or get any assistance here.
