Do not rent here. Location would not connect with mobile app. Could not register and start mobile pick up. They manually did it at the desk inside this dog grooming place. I was walked to the truck by a lady ad she assured me everything was fine. I was suppose to be charged $59 for 2 hours. I left at 1230 and returned to same location at 245pm. Same issue returning. Could not return within the app seamlessly. I returned the keys to lady and she assured me everything wood checkout manually. I receive a message with my receipt for $227 saying it was dropped off at wrong location. This was not true. Pick and drop off was same location. This location is a scam.

This location was fine but uhaul itself screwed me on the truck I needed that I booked in advance, then had me running around for a new truck. The app is awful for trying to get the verification process done.

IDOWU FAnd, the whole U-Haul reservation system needs a complete overhaul ! Even this survey has incorrect information on my rental experience.
FRED Fnothing we ordered was provided.we desperately needed a dolly which they failed to provide. we moved an entire house of furniture with no dolly. site staff stood outside and watched us struggle to even open the truck as it was frozen shut and they had not even attempted to maintain the truck in the weather. and when we went to ask for help they conveniently disappeared with a closed sign, yet they were there and watched us struggle.
