The counter man was more interested in selling cigarettes and phones cards and decided the best way to accommodate both customers would be to have the U-Haul customers wait. Not just wait but wait as 7 new people came into the store then when I commented on it he decided to then treat me rudely and cut into my rental time… plz plz choose better ambassadors for your programs as this place is too busy to accommodate uhauls request…..unless you buy cigarettes.

Absolutely nothing I can contribute to improving this Uhaul experience. This was the smoothest and most efficient Uhaul pick up and drop off I’ve ever had. The van I rented was in great working order and clean. Fuelled up for pick up. It was a good experience. I’m a happy customer!
