The lady needs to be clearer with what she's saying and how she explained things. Also, I put $103 down as a deposit, and my total was something like $67, yet nobody has refunded the remaining balance, or let me know I have a refund due. Also the transmission was rough and didnt want to shift gears on time which could make the vehicle unsafe to drive and can cost you more in gas . I would like to know when I will be receiving the rest of my money because we know if i owed money or didnt fill the tank exactly if you are a tiny bit under they would be calling you the same day asking for whats owing.

MONIQUE JPls state on reservation page that you cannot accept VISA Debit cards as payment for vans. My rental cost me a lot more than anticipated because I had to rent a much larger vehicle that was available. Otherwise, person i delt with was great.
