I had no issues with this location. However, my original booking was at a different location. I went there, attempted to use mobile check in and was told no vehicle was assigned to me. I had to drive to another location - very frustrating

Very polite and helpful
Narine rI didn't like the app for returns. It wasn't very clear that my 'return' when through -- although that is a problem with the company as a whole and not this location. I did find the instructions on the key dropbox to be insufficient and I was left worrying about the vehicle security.
