That location was listed as in person during the work hours at time of the booking . There was no one for check in and check out and it had to be done by phone, text and through the app.

I was given the wrong code and it was a pain to get the truck.
Phillip AFirst. There is no where to safely leave your car when renting a vehicle from here. Second. Not having a person there to do the check in/out is not favourable. Very disappointing experience overall
Susan TThey didn't deliver the dolly I had rented, and even though they knew about it, they still charged me. Also, the system was very slow for the truck delivery. Bad experience.
GUADALUPE LThis was a nightmare but we call another location way better service and took care of us i would recommend going to the Taunton and wilson location there super nice and takes care of there custumer
