The attendant had an attitude and made me move the trailer after unhooking it and after telling me to put it "somewhere over there " then said if it was not in the check in lane I would be charged for moving it. He was not friendly or personable.

I wasn't aware that I had to pick up my trailer at a specific time or it would be released. We've rented every year for our mission trip & this was never an issue before. I'm just grateful that there was still a trailer available when we arrived!



When I walked in the staff never greet me. The manager was rude to me and unprofessional. I am not sure what was his problem. Staff have no sense of humor and lack of social skills which made me as a customer feel uncomfortable. Every single staff look so serious at all time no smile. When I walk in the store the manager avoided me. Then when he saw I was waiting and walk around the store. He said "mam, what you're looking for?" I told him I need to rent a trailer. He said "did you reserved for one?" I said no, I didn't know that I had to reserved. He said we don't have any available. I told him that there's one small outside. Manager Jody said it probably already reserved by someone else instead said we'll check to see if one available. The other guy didn't even said "I'll be right with you" when I return the trailer a different guy act the same way. It's sad that the manager set such poor culture in the environment of a business.

The guy I worked with at the counter was rude and short tempered, not only to me but another customer returning his truck. The price was fair. The younger guy that checked us out when we returned the truck had very good customer service.



Previous customer returned truck but not keys. I had to wait over an hour for her to bring the keys in. Employee apologized but no financial break or extended time offered. I had to go back to the office twice to see if she returned the key yet while loading items from storage into my car. Windshield was full of bugs, grass clippings on ramp and in back of truck. Cab very clean. Check out was very quick.

Friendlier service. I had an online reservation. I noticed the user reviews online were pretty bad for this location but gave it a chance. The guy who rented the truck to me wasn't very friendly. When i walked in he had already made a woman mad and she was swearing as she left. His attitude told me that i was just another annoying person in line. I asked him a question about renting a 10' truck instead of a 9' van for my 3 days and he just didn't really answer my question and then he had me sign the slip for the van i had reserved and then he told me to meet him outside with the van. He was beeping over and over again until I walked over to the van, then he stopped beeping. I didnt know if He was beeping at me or testing the horn. I doubt that it was to test the horn. Then we he got out of the van gave me the keys and walked away. He was just bad at customer service. The way he talked and his attitude just made me and my wife uncomfortable. I dont remember his name. Some older white guy. When i returned the truck, Alexander was friendly and quick. I just wanted a friendly face to treat me with respect and act like they gave a crap about me as a customer.

Customer service is lacking. Very condescending! Some people don't know what they are doing when renting a U-haul for the first time. Maybe a class in how to be understanding and compassionate with people would help. Taking some time to explain everything instead of assuming everyone knows.

The store manager Jody Starks was very rude to myself and another customer. At one point he told another customer who had a legitamatie complaint that "that's enough", "I'm done here and you need to leave." My experience was horrible. Online I reserved a 6x12 trailer the week before. On Wed (three days before my pick-up) someone calls to tell me they don't have the trailer (or I could drive 30 min to get it) and that I could have a 5x9 and they confirm this one day before my rental. When I get to the store on Saturday 7/1 they told me they only had a 4x6 which was way too small and I had to wait over 30 min and eventually they found a 5x9 I could use. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE experience and I did not appreciate the attitude of the store manager. Alex S from the store eventually helped me and polite and apologetic, but this was ridiculous.

Called 15 days early to order a trailer received confirmation #87263154. went to the location to pick up, as told no number like this in the system. and was told that the corporate has this problem. Final got a smaller trailer which was smaller in size, which cause a number of more trips. when I took back the trailer, another customer had the same issue. I tried to speak with Jody Straks the GM.who was unable to have a conversation on providing good customer service. and could not provide a answer on why this happens. I would like to have a conversation with someone, who could have a conversation on why this happened. please call me.
