This is not a Uhaul center per their own employees. They don't know how to check in or rent a vehicle. Worst experience I've had service wise with any establishment. They should not be an option to pick up or drop off vehicles.

David LI rented a toy trailer for an event at 1 PM on June 27, 2026 I returned the trailer back to the same spot that I received it at 1 a.m. in the morning they did not check the dolly in until June 29, 2026 it was returned when it was supposed to be returned within 12 hours of usage. You’re trying to charge me another $208 after I paid $104.32 for the usage on June 27, 2026 I had to call the main office to dispute. These charges the vendor that had it El Chapo gas station failed to log in the trailer the next morning when it was brought in the night before.
