First thing, they did not speak good English, I had a reservation, and had confirmed with the Daytona Beach location before driving the 23 miles (43 Mins) only to add an additional two hours to my trip because the system was down. I was able told to call in to U-Haul and complete the reservation myself. Ok, customer service was great, we completed the process on the phone, upload my drivers license, and I completed the payment as well. Now, I still can't get the trailer because the system down on the store end so they can't dispatch the equipment. While on hold with customer service, she contacts the regional manager to assist the store to complete the dispatch. Finally the system working, but now I have to pay and additional 12 or 14 dollars on their end, Card only, now their is a problem processing that payment. Finally the payment is received, now the equipment can be dispatched. Finally after two hours I am able to hook up. Now, 43 mins back to Daytona to start my six drive back to Georgia. I cannot complete trip because now I am exhausted. Due to the delay, I now have to get a hotel room to get some rest before the drive. Thanks alot!!!!!!!

OSCAR GI do not believe my trailer was ever received. I parked it under a canopy and two days later I'm on the chat with UHaul wondering why my trailer was never checked in. Only one person in store and she said she would get to it later. Not a good way to do business.
