Car dolly did not fit the vehicle outward trying to tow it was not wide enough for the tires to go up on it so I had to take it back and rent a hauler to haul the car with Will I be able to get a refund for the tow dolly or put it toward the payment of my car hauler that I rented

ANDRES RThe problems we had were with El Cheapo not being able to supply us with our 6 furniture pads that we ordered and them saying they couldn’t even see our reservation. Just told us to call the 1-800 number, but that wasn’t going to get us our pads. Their internet there also wasn’t working so we were unable to load the requested pictures, prior to our trip. What we won’t do again is the self check in, we’ll just do n store check in.
